That is totally up to you! Some clients like to collaborate and be very involved and some clients prefer to step away and let VBID make their decisions for them. Whatever makes you most comfortable is how we will work together.

Yes, Vicki Bergelt is ALWAYS involved in every project. She is completely hands-on in every decision made and is always available. You are never pushed off onto design assistants. You will also get her personal cell number and can reach her anytime 24/7.
